All treatments with new patients start with a full one hour intake so I can gather information regarding your present concern as it relates to your past history (medical, family and social). I encourage you to bring past medical and lab results with you so we can discuss them either during the initial visit or at a follow up visit.

o   45 minute follow up - $145

o   30 minute follow up - $95
